Construction of framing for mirrors in a covered arena

Construction of framing for mirrors in a covered arena

To mount training mirrors inside a covered arena, extra care must be taken to use only the best materials for the framing which will hold the mirrors. All lumber should be kiln dried, with the species of wood being stable and resistant to twisting or warping with changes in temperature and humidity. Since training mirrors are usually mounted at a slight angle, the framing must be very strong to hold the tremendous weight of the glass.
